Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your Zimmermann purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

How to Return an Item

  1. To initiate a return, please log in to your account and visit the order history section. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate your returns authorization and shipping label.
  2. Please ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  3. Securely pack your return item(s) and affix the provided shipping label.
  4. Drop your return package at the designated carrier location.

Important Information

  • Your return will be processed once we receive and inspect the item(s) at our warehouse.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimwear, lingerie, or accessories if the original protective seals have been removed or are damaged.
  • Final sale items, including items purchased during promotional events, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We recommend using the provided prepaid label and retaining your drop-off proof until your return is fully processed.

Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please follow the returns process outlined above and select ‘Exchange’ as your preferred resolution. If the requested size is unavailable, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service team immediately so we can resolve this for you.

Return Policy for Purchases Made at Zimmermann Boutiques

Items purchased in a Zimmermann boutique cannot be processed through our online returns system. Please return your boutique purchase directly to the original store of purchase with your original receipt.
